Luxury villa specialist The Thinking Traveller has acquired Greek villa company White Key Villas.

The transaction builds on The Thinking Travellers’ existing portfolio of over 70 exclusive villas in the Greek islands. The expansion will initially cover the Cyclades and Saronic Islands as well as the Peloponnese, and will include hot spots such as Mykonos, Tinos, Paros and Antiparos, with more to be added to the portfolio in 2022.

New villas added to the collection include Villa Mirkella, a historic hideaway nestled on a 40-metre rock cliff above the coast in Hydra; Villa Roellia, an ultra-modern sanctuary in Porto Heli; and the stone-walled Villa Selene in Kea which offers panoramic views over the Aegean Sea (pictured).

The Thinking Traveller, which received £7million investment from private equity firm Piper in November 2020, said the move made it the largest operator of luxury villas in Greece.
