Silversea Cruises unveils 132-day world voyage for 2024

Silversea Cruises has opened general sales for a 132-day world cruise in 2024, called Far East-West.

Passengers will depart San Francisco onboard Silver Shadow on January 15, 2024, to visit 65 destinations across 14 countries. Forty of the destinations will be new for a Silversea world cruise.

The cruise costs from £66,000 per person, including business class flights to San Francisco.

Following calls in Hawaii, Samoa, and Fiji, among others, the ship will visit Australia and New Zealand, then Bali, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, China and Japan, before exploring the Russian Far East and Alaska.

Experiences will include an evening on the USS Missouri in Honolulu and an overland trip to Uluru.

Barbara Muckermann, Silversea’s chief commercial officer, said: “Our guests have expressed an overwhelming yearning for extended voyages to far-flung destinations and our new world cruise for 2024 – Far East-West – expands and diversifies our world cruise offering, which is the largest in the ultra-luxury cruise industry.”

The 2024 world cruise will follow those in 2022 and 2023, such as South Side Story – All the World’s a Stage in 2023; and Uncharted World Tour and The Tale of Tales in 2022.
