Pure Luxury reports booking surge for destinations featured in peaks campaign

Pure Luxury, the upmarket B2B brand of dnata Travel Group UK, has reported “most interest than ever” in destinations highlighted in its peaks campaign.

The campaign, called Travel Trends 2024, focuses on eight themes: Beach Retreats; Romantic Escapes; All-Inclusive; Newcomers; Wellness; Epicurean Escapes; Wanderlust and Family Holidays.

Thailand is featured throughout the campaign and has resulted in bookings having increased by 20% compared to 2023.

The brand said Koh Samui has had the biggest increase in demand, with sales up 100% year on year, while Phuket and Krabi are also “performing well”.

Twin-centre bookings have grown 125% and multi-centre bookings are up 75% compared to 2023, the brand reported, saying the data suggests customers are “seeking more complex itineraries and have a desire to explore more resorts while in this destination”.

Elsewhere, Mauritius and the Maldives also sit in the brand’s top three most popular destinations, with Mauritius up 50% year on year and the Maldives up 25%.

Pure Luxury also reported strong demand for New York, the Seychelles, Jamaica, Mexico and Ras Al Khaimah.

Marketing director Sarah Lancashire said: “When we released Travel Trends 2024, we committed to uncovering the most the most in-demand destinations, on-trend escapes and sought-after experiences for agents to inspire their customers.

“It is exciting to see destinations such as Thailand rise as our experts expected, and we have the perfect portfolio to fill this demand.

“We are constantly growing our curated offering of luxury partners across the globe to offer truly bespoke and extraordinary experiences.”
