Prestige Travel expands sales team after ‘record-breaking’ March

Prestige Travel has expanded its Australia and New Zealand team following a “record-breaking” March.

Tracey Bates has joined the team as a destination specialist with more than 10 years’ experience in the industry, having previously worked as an Australia and New Zealand specialist at Freedom Destinations.

Jenny Taylor Page, Prestige Travel’s Australia and New Zealand brand ambassador, hailed a “record-breaking” March for bookings to the region, saying: “The demand for Australia and New Zealand travel experiences continues to surge, especially for high-value, experiential itineraries and cruise-inclusive holidays to these stunning destinations.”

She continued: “Having Tracey join our team allows us to maintain the momentum of our programme growth.

“Her exceptional knowledge of cruises will undoubtedly have a positive impact on sales, particularly in an area we are eager to promote more through our bespoke, tailor-made services.”

Trade relationship manager Joe Lavers added: “We have had a fantastic start to the year with increased sales across all of our programmes, both short and long-haul.

“Our voucher incentive programme, where agents can earn up to £400 upon booking confirmation, combined with our enhanced marketing efforts has truly paid off for agents valuing service and expertise.”
