A&K Villas has expanded its portfolio in the Caribbean to include private homes in Barbados for the first time. 

The brand’s handpicked collection of luxury properties is located along the island’s west coast and spans secluded villas, beachfront homes and palatial residences. 

The collection includes the Pride of Barbados, a 10-bedroom beachfront retreat featuring a spa, fitness suite, cinema room, clifftop gazebo and infinity pool, which starts from £88,176 per week. 

Guests can also book nine-bedroom residence Clear Waters (pictured), which overlooks Paynes Bay and comes with full staff, a private butler and a chef, or Gibbes Bay House, a four-bedroom residence five minutes from the northern town of Speightstown. 

A&K Villas said its four-bedroom Sunset View villa offered the best family value. The property, which features large windows and an open-plan kitchen-diner, starts from £9,876 per week, including three days of housekeeping service. 

A&K Villas said the Barbados collection had been launched in response to “incredible demand for private homes across all locations”.

The brand’s Caribbean portfolio includes villas in Anguilla, Antigua, Grenada, Jamaica, Saint Kitts & Nevis and Saint Lucia.
