Uniword, Hurtigruten and Star Clippers to host Scottish roadshows
Aug 03, 2017 12:01PM

Uniworld, Hurtigruten and Star Clippers will host Scottish roadshows in October for agents.

The three niche cruise lines have teamed up for the event to inform agents about their luxury, expedition and tall ship products.

The evening events entitled #KnowYourNiche will be held in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness.

Dave Chidley national sales manager for Uniworld said: “We appreciate how busy agents are, and how hard it is to get out of the store but we also want agents to have the opportunity to fully understand our products and the unique experiences that we offer.

“So we’ve teamed up with our friends at Hurtigruten and Star Clippers and will be hitting the road with a series of enjoyable and informative events in Scotland.

“It’s a wonderful example of the industry working together to create something that will really be worthwhile and fun for agents to attend.”

Representatives from Uniworld, Hurtigruten and Star Clippers will be at the roadshows to answer questions and inform agents on the latest product news for each brand.

The Glasgow event will be held at Club 28 on Tuesday October 3, the Edinburgh event at the Doubletree Hilton on Wednesday October 4 and Inverness event at the Royal Highland Hotel in Inverness on Thursday October 5.

To keep up to date with details of the roadshow from all three cruise lines, agents are encouraged to follow #KnowYourNiche on Twitter and Facebook and use the hashtag at the event.

To book a place on the roadshow, agents should RSVP to uk.events@hurtigruten.com with their name, agency, ABTA number and contact details.
